Fighting tooth and nail against the vampyre overlord, Drakan, the Myreque have moved their secret base camp to Burgh de Rott. Now the fight starts in earnest! Veliaf needs someone to make their way into the Sanguinesti region - the eastern side of Morytania cut off from the west behind an impenetrably huge wall.
Will the fight be supported by Myreque resistance inside the vampyres' domain? What grim discoveries are to be found behind that dread wall? And what of the Vyrewatch - deadly sky-bound patrollers of the blood-tithed lands of Meiyerditch?
Only a daring, quick-witted agent with an eye for detail can hope to pick their way through the tumbled down slums of Meiyerditch
To start: Speak to Veliaf in Burgh de Rott Myreque hideout.
Requirements;
Levels - 26 Agility, 5 Construction, 32 Crafting, 33 Magic, 20 MIning, 22 Thieving
Quests - In Aid of the Myreque
Items Needed - 8 Nails, knife, 2 planks, hammer, 3 airs and a law.
Bring food, and no armour and full, good prayer.
Veliaf will tell you to find a way to enter the city of Meiyerditch. Now head SE of the pub to the small dock and boat. Fix these with your planks and hammer and nails.
Old Man Ral and the Myreque;
*if caught by the Vyrewatch try to distract them, if failed you will be hit 6 points -- if you give them blood you will also be hit 6 points, so why not try the risk of distraction?* Once landed, climb the runied wall and walk over to, and search the FloorBoards *it will say that the floors creaked* Kick them down and climb down. Head north, then east over the rubble and talk to the Citizen. Whisper to him about the Myreque and Old Man Ral, ask to meet him, but he will not show you him.
Head N-East to the large building talk to the Old Man and keep asking him for help - finally call him the Sage of Sanguinesti. He will tell you to follow the Sector Three symbols. Ask him what the symbols are - they are the symbol of the Myreque.
Finding the Myreque Hideout: Easier than thought?
Bring a Teleport!!
Leave the house, by heading West. Head into the house there where the ladder is, and climb up. Now upstairs look for, on the opposite side, the Jump-To FloorBoards with your mouse. Click and repeat on the east side.
Now Head north and push the East wall. Cross the wall-bridge. Head to the north portion of this room and crawl under the middle panel. In this bed-room push the wall to your West. Climb down the ladder then search the table for the trapdoor. Climb down and head NW to some shelves.
Climb these. Now crawl under the Eastern Wall And jump across the Eastern Gap. Then climb down the ladder and you should find a locked door. The key is in the pots. Open the locked door and...walk through? Now walk next to the wall shaped at a diagonal and climb down the Eastern Ladder here. Now head to the broken ledge and walk across - make sure the Vyrewatch don't catch you! Climb the shelves at the end, then up the ladder you go.
Now you must jump across to the other side - to find the area to jump off from near the stool (SE corner). Climb past the lines and climb down the ladder.
Push down the North Wall, head across it and then climb the shelves up. In the next area climb down the shelves in the NE corner. Once past these jump over the two gaps due north then another jump due NE. Climb the ladder, then search around the walls of this area for a Ladder Piece.
Climb down the ladder that you just came from now use your ladder piece on the broken ladder. Head to the building with the fireplace. Head West then North through this bottom floor of the house.
Now you should see three connected buildings - head through the North door in the middle one. Upon entering this building head up the ladder.
Jump across the Eastern gap and head down the stairs. Head East-South. On the wall (the north one) find the Sickle and push it. Now open the rug by clicking the corner (SE corner) Once you have got the trap door open head down. Head up to and talk to Vertida..
Once he has given you the message search around the crates for some papyrus. Now teleport to the location of whatever teleport you brought -- you'll be needing to head to Burgh de Rott and give Veliaf the message.
Burgh De Rott, Salve Temple, Varrock...and back to Meiyerditch.;
Once here talk to Veliaf in the hideout and give him the message; he'll send you to Drezel. Head up to Drezel (teleport to Varrock if desired) and talk to him. Agree to help find out what the noises are. Head out of the temple (past that guard dog) and walk downstairs. Head South of the stairs to the bush with the Search option - search it for a cutscene.
Grab your knife in the Varrock Bank
Tell Drezel what happened and he'll send you to king Roald. Use the runes Drezel gave you to teleport to Varrock then talk to King Roald (in the Varrock Castle) Aeonsing, next to the king, will be talking during your conversation. The King will tell you to talk to Drezel - Aeonsing can teleport you - accept. Talk to Drezel once again and he'll tell you to go to Veliaf.
Talk to Veliaf and he wants you to go back to the hideout in Meiyerditch...
Retrace your steps from above to the hideout (or have a Vyrewatch catch you and mine the 15 rocks and pop up in front of the base)
Drawing Pictures
Once at the hideout talk to Vertida. After talking to him he'll bring you out of the hideout - through that longish path. Now head back to the floorboards/walls you kicked down at the beginning of the quest. Climb up the broken boards then down the ladder. Now find and search the Rocky land - to your east- search it to unlock the Northern Barricade.
Open up the barricade and head through it. Climb the ladder you see and head North a bit to another ladder, climb up. Keep walking then head down the next ladder. Now talk to Safalaan, to the North.
He will give you some Charcoal and Papyrus, and will ask you to sketch the castle. Head to the path to your west and whenever you see a Sickle Symbol on the ground around the Castle, use the Papyrus with the charcoal to make a sketch - on the last on (to the South) Ivan will attack you - simply use Protect from Melee and soon he will be stopped when Sarius come and tells you to speak to Safalaan
Coded Message
Head back to the hideout BUT...do not forget to do this part... Remember that house with the fireplace? Use your knife with the portrait and use the key on the chimney. Do not forget to do this and have to walk all the way back! Now head back to the sewer hideout and give Safalaan the portraits and then the message.
Bright Yellow Curtains
Retrace your steps back to those three connected homes, climb down the ladder of the middle house again and then head North. Head to the home north of the house with the Fireplace. Head north through this building, then head to the East-NE to a Diamond Shaped House. Head East-NE around it and then find the home with the bright yellow curtain in it - not hard to find.
The Final Message;
Cut this with your knife and you should see a Vampyre Statue, use the key on this and head through the East door, down the stairs to. Search the Rune Case for Tele-Grab Runes. Grab the book using the spell and give this to Safalaan in the hideout (retrace your steps!). Now head back to Burgh De Rott and give Veliaf the message.

Trolls have come down from the north and are camped on Death Plateau. They are using this base to launch attacks on the principality of Burthorpe!
The Imperial Guard is taking heavy losses. They need your help!
To start; speak to Denulth in Burthrope
Items Needed; an iron bar, 10 trout, 10 bread, a Blurberry Special, an Asgarnian Ale, and some money.
Denulth will ask you for your help in finding a new path and to open the combo lock; agree to help him.
Head to the top of the Burthrope Games Room (that castle looking place) and talk to Eohric there. Eohric will tell you about Harold, the guard, he only knows the combination. Head to the pub in Burthrope and locate the guard; talk to him; but he does not want to talk, head back to Eohric who'll tell you to buy him a beer. Head to the pub and buy Harold the Asgarnian Ale and give it to him.
Now ask him for the combo - he forgot it. Ask him to gamble (random; right?) Keep waging money (around 1k) and win the game (if you do not win keep getting him drunker by giving him a Blurberry Special) Once you have won he can't pay up, so he'll give you an IOU - the combo is on the back of this.
Head back to the Games Room and find these stones and put them in these slots;

Head upstairs and tell the archer that the stones are in order.
Now head NW outside to find the Saba in his cave. Ask about another route, he'll mention Tenzing (the sherpa) Head to Tenzing's hut then ask him to help you get to the Troll Stronghold. He will tell you that you will need spiked boots; He will give you climbing boots.
Head to Dunstan the smither and he will spike them if his son gets put into the Imperial Guard.
Head to Denulth and tell him you situation; he'll give you a certificate; bring this to Dunstand, as well as your Iron Bar and he'll spike your boots.
Head back to Tenzing to get a map bring him 10 trout and 10 bread loaves. Now with the map and boots on head through the hut over the stile and walk up the mountain until the message says its good; return to Denulth

Now ask her about her symbol on her forehead and you will see a cutscene. Now go down into the H.A.M dungeon and talk to a guard, listen to the speaker, and then talk to the Head of H.A.M, Johanhus. (in the NWestern part)
The Storeroom: Now walk back to the main 'preaching' area of the H.A.M caves and Zanik will see a trapdoor - picklock it and go down. Follow the directions below:
Orange Line: The first guy - Walk behind him and Zanik will shoot him
Cyan Line: The 2nd Guy - walk through the room and behind the guy, Zanik will shoot him after you talk to him
The Third Guy (no line) Just tell Zanik when he is not facing your way
Green Line: The 4th Guy - Go through the hall - tell Zanik to stay at the end then walk down and he will come down and she will shoot him.
Red Line: The 5th Guy - Tell Zanik to wait at either end then go on the opposite end and Zanik will shoot him. <Note: if you fail any you will need to restart>
Zanik!!!!: Now listen to the meeting and you will be caught! This time when you wake up in jail... you will find that Zanik is not there to save you. Pick the lock and talk to the leader of H.A.M again. Now leave H.A.M dungeon and find Zanik. Her symbol is glowing.
Juna and the Tears of Guthix:
Now bring Zanik's body to Juna the snake from the Tears of Guthix quest and she will allow you to collect 20 tears to cure Zanik. Zanik will be revived once you got 20 blue - not green - tears. Now she will tell you about H.A.Ms plot in a cutscene. A Helping ham...erm hand: Now go to the Lumbridge Watermill and search the crates (where I am on the Mini-Map) and Zanik will think of a good idea - to sneak in. Now carry her in (make sure before this part you have anything to help you kill a level 50 boss who uses some Protection prayers). Now you are in the Watermill Caves.
Sigmund: Walk up North and you will see Sigmund he will send his guards (22) on to you. Zanik will help. Once some of the guards are killed Sigmund will come - he will use Protect from Melee when fighting you and Protect from Range when Zanik is shooting him.
Once he is almost dead he will use a Ring of Life to teleport out (looks like a part 3!) Now, smash the drilling maching and walk through the other path to the Dorgeshuun caves!

Key #1;
Head upstairs (go North from Sir Prysin in the castle). Keep going up till you find Capt. Rovin. Keep talking to him until he gives you the key.
Key #2;
Now, head into the Varrock Castle's Kitchen and through the door outside, you should see a drain. Use your bucket of water with this. Head to the Varrock Sewers, which are across the Mueseum (head South of your location, East, then North before the bank to get to the Mueseum, climb down the (!) Man-Hole). Head through the North-North-West pathway until you find the key at the end. (Run to the Sewers as your key may disappear!)
Key #3;
Head to the Wizard's Guild and talk to Traiborn on the 2nd Floor, he'll need 25 Bones. Give these to him for the 3rd Key.
Give the 3 keys to Sir Prysin for Silver Light. Now head South of Varrock to the circle with the Dark Wizards. Recite the Incanation and you will be teleported to Delrith's Plane. Kill him - he is not too hard!

To the Pub
Now head to the bank (in Al Kharid en route to the Bedabin Camp -- Shanty Pass bank is good)..
Get: 650 gp, the book, a Shanty Pass, 4 waterskins, (then in notes) the 6 Steel bars, the 6 Molten Glasses, a charcoal, an ash heap, a blood rune, 12 Magic Logs, and a regular bone **Note: when entering the bar at the Bedabin Camp Do NOT wear any God clothing.**
Talk to the Arch. and mention that you will help him in his quest for treasure.
Now head into the Pub at the Bedabin camp. Buy a beer for 650 gp then talk to the bartender about the 4 diamonds.

Filling the Pot off to the Graveyard;
Return to Malak and he will drain some blood into the pot. Crush the garlic using your pestle, and add this to the blood-pot. Add some Spice to.
Head to the Graveyard (using the Shortcut under Canifis Pub (requires In Search of the Myreque) or through the Haunted Woods) - make sure Ghasts don't eat your food!
The Fight;
Use your pot with the Grave and the Vampire(139) will appear, kill him with Melee (best) or Magic - Air Attacks. Eat when low on health and use Protection Prayers. Once he is dead head over to Canifis and tell Malak for the Blood Diamond.
The Ice Diamond;
Items to get this Diamond: Trollheim Teleport Runes x2, good food, Super Pots - 'specially Super Restore, duelling ring (for after the fight just to teleport out...or a glory amulet or games necklace). One Chocolate Cake, spiked climbing boots
Quest Recom; Eadgar's Ruse
Getting to Kamil
Teleport to Trollheim and walk north to the Icy Gate. Talk to the Troll Child, give him your Chocolate Cake and then he will tell you that a man froze his parents because they ''stole'' his Diamond.
Head through the Ice Gate and run up till you see the Ice Cave Entrance. Kill the trolls walking around (approx. 5) until the icicles have disappeared. Before entering the cave it is best to restock on your food/potions IF needed. Put on protect from Melee and run into the cave past the wolves.
Kamil and the Diamond
Now you must defeat Kamil 9154). He drains your stats (not Prayer) and freezes you... Use protection prayers when fighting him - use melee or good magic. Once dead pick up the things he drops and walk up around and across the bridge - smashing the two icicles of trolls, teleport back to Trollheim and talk to the troll child for the Ice Diamond.
The Shadow Diamond
Items; LockPicks, waterskins, Shanty Pass, FOOD, anti-poison, good armour and melee/mage stuff, Prayer Pots! and other pots!! Teleport out of Damis' Lair.
Gilded Cross;
Talk to Rasolo around the Fishing Guild - North, and he will tell you how to find the Shadow Diamond if you get his cross back.
Bring your items above and picklock the chest in the Bandit Camp in the tent. Once you have the chest opened, and the gilded cross return to Rasolo - he will give you the Ring of Visibility
Wear the ring and then you will see a trap door appear in the Fenced area - get all your food etc. ready then enter the door. *Damis is said to be weak against Earth Spells
Damis' Lair;
Once in Head all the Way east, past the skeletons, once all east, head to the top -- all the way North. Once in the larger room - head all the way South. Then head East and go North (then East) through the first pathway.
Then you should find Damis (107) Kill this (watch your prayer) Now he will come back as a level 174. Now he is a lot stronger and your prayer will be reduced faster.
Once Damis (174) is dead then pick up the Smoke Diamond and teleport out!
The Smoke Diamond
Items needed; Facemask, Ice Gloves, Tinderbox, Food, armour, pots
Lightning the Way
Head South-SE of the Bandit Camp to a Smoking Well, while wearing your facemask climb down. Make sure you have 100% Energy. then walk to the SouthEast torch-area, light this with your tinderbox - run to the NE part and light this torch - run to the Opposite side (North-West) light this torch, and finally the SouthWest, light this - you must have all the torches lit so that you may open the chest in the room above the SW torch.
Wear your Ice Gloves and open the chest, take out the key and get ready to fight - head to the other side of the Dungeon and enter the room. Here Fareed resides, you must wear ice gloves in here; if you mage, use Water spells, range is good, or melee. Once he is dead take the Smoke Diamond.
Ending This;

Now that you have all four diamonds, go back to Eblis who will tell you about the hero, and the pyramid. Head SE to the Pyramid and use the diamonds with the corresponding colors to enter the Pyramid.
Once in make your way through the floors (4 total) - climb up the ladders then finally on the fourth floor, in the middle, you will find Azzander, who will teach you about Ancient Magicks.

A Small Task
After speaking to the monk head over to Doric's House (teleport to Falador) and use your Mithril 2hand on the WhetStone.
Walk/ Teleport to Varrock, pass through the gates and give your new sword to the monk, he will give you an Orb.
To Entrana
The only way to get the Orb to Entrana is through the Abyss. Now head to the Zamorak monk in Edgeville Wilderness Level 5 and teleport to the Abyss, Once in the Abyss kill some of the monsters for a Large-Pouch, if you do not already have one, once you do have one use it with the Orb.. *see the Abyss Mini-Quest guide on the mini Game page to see how to gain access to the Abyss.
Now go to the Teleport-Rune Temple Room and teleport through the Law Altar and go to the Church on Entrana. Use the Orb-Filled-Pouch on the altar to see a cutscene, now return to the monk.
You will find the Monk Dead, return to Entrana (you can go on the boat if desired - remember, no armour!) and talk to the High Priest, he will direct you to Sir Tiffy in Falador. Tal to Sir Tiffy

"There's gold in them there hills" (well stream actually), as well as many other items that can be found at the Digsite. Join the students in their attempts to be a qualified archaeologist, and become experienced in making the earth move!

To start: talk to the examiner at the DigSite info building

After you talk to the Examiner go to the Curator in the Varrock Museum (located North of the East bank). Get your certificate signed then return to the Examiner. Take the test - unfortunately you fail - time to find the answers.
You may do these in any order:
Talk to the Girl Student and she will ask you for her Teddy Bear.
Teddy Bear Location: Search the bushes around the large vases
Bring it back for her answer (memorize it, or write it down)
Talk to the Orange-Shirt boy, he has lost his Cup
Cup Location: To pan through the river give the "panning-guard" a cup of tea. Pan through the river to find the cup.
Bring it back for her answer (memorize it, or write it down)
Talk to the Green-Shirt boy, he has lost his Animal Skull
Skull Location: Pickpocket various workmen (if you find a specimen brush, keep it)
Bring it back for the answer (memorize it, or write it down)
Now return to the Examiner and pass the test with the answers you got.
Exam #2:
To get the answers just ask the students for them; they'll give them to you. Once done return to the Examiner and pass the test with your memorized answers
Exam #3:
Talk to the two male students, they'll give you the answers, but the girl wants an opal - give her one - memorize the answers and take Exam #3 - Pass.
The Talisman:
Now go search some sacks in the middle (or so) portion of the Digsite Area to find a Specimen jar, and if you have not found one, pickpocket the workmen for a Specimen Brush. Now head to the NE Digging Area and dig with your trowel to find a Zaros Talisman. Bring this to the Expert and use it with him (he is next to the Examiner)
Now give your Approval Letter (from the Expert) to any workman.
Now use a rope with the winch on the East winch and go down. Talk to the workman and get his key. Once you have it leave the caves and go into the tent near the Giant Vases and Panning Area, use the key with the chest to get some Powder. Then dig around the "sand box" (specimen tray) outside of the tent to find some charcoal, crush this with your pestle and mortar. Use a trowel with the barrels around here, Then use your vial with the barrels outside/around the tent (they look like explosives)
Use these with the Expert for him to identify them.
Now you just need one more ingriedient for your explosives. Enter the Western Winch (use rope with winch) and climb down, pick some Arcenia roots Use your Ammonium(NH4)Nitrate(NO3) (-- doing H. Chem. Homework at the same time
) with your Nitrogen Liquid (N2 (L)) in your vial. Then use your crushed charcoal, finally the root you just picked up -- Do NOT drop this concotion. Now make your way down the "hall" and use your Explosives with the bricks. RUN! Now walk back into the newly founded "altar" area and pick up the tablet - bring this to the Expert in the DigSite.

Items needed: Pickaxe (any kind will do) 6 clay ore, 4 copper ore, and 2 iron ores.
Levels (Highly Recommended:)15+ mining.
Start Location: Doric's house which is found North of Falador - take the west path.
Quest walkthrough:
Talk to Doric and he'll need some ores.
The Ores: Go south of Falador - and a little west - to the Rimmington mining area and if you have 15 + mining you can mine 2 iron ores, 4 copper ores and 6 clay ores. If you don't have the mining you can buy the ores from another player, or get them for free if he/she doesn't want them (PLEASE don't bother the other players if he/she doesn't want to give you them for free - he/she will less likely call you a noob ;) !!)
Doric: Once you have the ores go back to Doric and give him the ores. He'll reward you for your work!
Reward: 1300 Mining exp., the ability to use Doric's anvils, 180 gp, and 1 quest point!
Prove yourself a true hero. Kill the mighty dragon Elvarg of Crandor Island and earn the right to buy and wear the powerful rune plate mail body.

Requirments;
Skills: High lvl combat 55+ with good strength and defense and 32 quest points to gain entrance into the Champions' Guild, 31 magic to do Telenetik Grab will save you 10k
Items: 3 planks, unfired bowl, 90+ steel nails, a hammer, 2k (2,000 gp), Wizards' Mind Bomb beer - buy at Falador bar, a lobster pot - buy in Port Sarim, runes, 10k unless you will do Telen. Grab, runes to do Telen. Grab as well as runes to kill a lvl 2 goblin/arrows and bow to kill the goblin, a piece of silk (buy at Al-Kharid).
Quests: Enough to supply you with 32 quest points ;).
To Start talk to the Guild Master and he'll tell you about Ozaich who can sell you Rune Plate.
Ozaich and your quest: Talk to Ozaich and he will tell you that in order to buy Rune Pl8 you will need to prove yourself worthy by killing Elvarg the Dragon. He is located on Crandor Island and you must create the map (3 pieces) to find the lost location of the Island.
Map piece 1: Ozaich will give you a key to Melzar the Mad's Maze. Bring food as you will need to kill high lvl monsters in here.
The First Floor: Kill some rats to get the 'Red Key' and open the North-West door and climb the ladder.
The Second Floor: Kill some ghosts on this floor to obtain the 'Orange Key' Open the second door to your left.
The Third Floor: Now Kill skeletons and get the 'Yellow Key' and open the South-West door climb the ladder.
The Fourth Floor: Now Kill some Zombies for the 'Blue Key' now you must kill Melzar the Mad. Kill him and get the key now go and kill the Lesser Demon for the 'Green Key' and open the chest to get your first map piece! Now just 2 more to go.
The 2nd Map Piece: Since you just left the maze in Rimmington go to Port Sarim's jail and talk to Wormbrain. He will sell you the piece for 10k. You can: 1) Buy it 2) Kill him with range or mage and telen grab the map piece.
The 3rd piece of the map: Talk to the Oracle on Ice Mountain and he will tell you what you need. Bring the items (unfired bowl, wiz mind bomb, lobster pot, silk) into the Dwarf Caves go a little south then east to a room. Open the door and search the chest for the 3rd map piece.
A Boat: Now go back to Port Sarim and talk to Klarnense. He will sell you a boat for 2k!...Unfortunately it has a hole in it. To fix it get 3 planks, your nails, and a hammer and patch up the broken boards. Now you just need a good sailor - and Ned in Draynor is just the man.
Ned: Bring the complete Map to Ned and he will agree to sail you to Crandor.
Anti-Dragon Fire Shield and supplies: Before leaving talk to Duke Horciao and ask for the dragon fire shield. Now stock up on tele runes, food, armor anything you need to kill a lvl 83 dragon Then meet Ned on your new boat and you'll sail off. Your boat will crash on Crandor Island. Now go through the Island:
Run Past the monsters and skeletons then enter Elvarg's Lair. Kill him - equip your Dragon Fire Shield and use a good weapon. Once he is dead you will be rewarded:

Ability to buy and weild Rune Plate and Green Dragon Hide,

Walkthrough:
The Very Cryis-usly Hurt Man.
Make your way to the fallen man in the Ess. Mine on Lunar Isle. Examine him over to find out that you must help him. First give him about 4 pieces of food.
Now talk to him and give him positive feedback. This will help his spirits.
Now once he is fully recovered talk to him and he will want some items. Go to the bank; bank with Jack and get Cyrisus his items.
Where No Dreammer Has gone Before:
Now he will want you to meet him outside; do so. The Oneir. will tell you that you will need a potion. Use the crushed astral rune, the goutweed on the water filled Dream Vial. Once you have done this, go to the fire pit and talk to Cyrisus, light the logs, and talk to him again; you will be teleported to Cryisus' Dream World.
Now talk to Cryisus; the Inadequancy (343) will appear; you must kill it.
Now the Everlasting (223) will appear; kill it. Now the Untoucable (274) will appear.
Finally the Illusive (104) will appear; kill it and talk to Cyrisus-
Now head out and talk to the Oneir.

More Lunar Spells
To start using the Herblore skill, you will need to ask for some training from the druids. However, they require some help with a ritual before they will help you.
For several years now, the Dwarven Black Guard have been developing the lastest in projectile warfare.

Start Location: Talk to the Dwarf Commander who is located: North from the fishing guild, South of the coal trucks, East from Baxtorian Falls - or west from McGrubber's Wood
Quest Walkthrough:
The Railings: Talk to the Dwarf comander and he will ask you to fix the 6 railings go and search the railing and fix them, you may get hurt a few times but keep trying to fix it, you will fix it.once you've fixed all the railings talk to him.
The Watchman: once youve talked to the Dwarf Commander go south until you reach a tower go up the ladder and there is dwarf remains get the dwarf remains and bring it back to the Dwarf Commander.
The Dwarf's Son: one you have talked to the Dwarf commander then go to the south east side of the fishing guild until you see a cave. Go into the cave and follow this path below
Once you've found the dwarf child - who's in the odd colored crate - he'll run off to the Dwarf Commander.
Fixing the Cannon: Go back to the Dwarf Commander and he'll thank you for returning his son. Then he'll talk about how the cannon won't work and how it's broken. He'll then give you a tool kit. Go into the small hut next to him and inside there's the cannon. Right click it and fix the parts in any order that you want to. Then once you've finished fixing the cannon talk to the Dwarf Commander.
The fifth and final task: Now that the cannon works the Dwarf Commander doesn't know what kind of ammo it uses etc. so it's your job to find the directions. You'll need to talk to Nulodion who's located above the enterence of the Dwarf mines in Falador - you might want to tele. or you can walk (which will take time.) Go into the small room where Nulodion is and talk to him - he'll then give you the ammo making instructions and the ammo mould.
Finishing the quest: Go back to the Dwarf Commander (either tele or walk) and talk to him. He'll then reward you for your hard work.
Reward: 750 crafting xp, able to buy and use a Dwarf Multicannon (for 750k) and 1 quest point!
